Leon Historical Society

Leon Historical Society is hosting a Memorial Day parade at 9am followed by the reading of the Military Honor roll saluting and honoring our Service men and women at the gazebo. Also stop at the church and see pictures of our servicemen and women. ​

The Summer at the Stone House event series begins on June 13th with Ron Cary! He will be doing a presentation on "18th Century Tavern Music Volume II."

All Summer at the Stone House events are free and open to the public. They start at 7pm and typically last an hour.

WNY Fiddle Kids

In celebration of the New York State Path Through History weekends, The Cattaraugus County Museum will be hosting their Annual "Family Day at the Museum!" The event will take place on June 15th from 10am until 2pm with 'The WNY Fiddle Kids' performing at 1pm.

Leon Historical Society Church

Celebrate New York State's Path through History Weekend with a presentation about the Holland Land Company at the Leon Historical Society on June 15th at 11am. Barker Museum's Archivist, Catherine Oag-Miller will lead the presentation. She has extensive knowledge of people and happenings of the local areas and is known for giving an engaging presentation. For those of you who may have Holland Land Co. on your Deed, bring a notebook and enjoy hearing Ms. Oag-Miller at the 1836 Church in Leon, NY. Light refreshments will be served.
